Andrew Kerlegand

Software Engineer

Andrew Kerlegand is a software developer focused on turning project concepts into functional, user-ready products.

He is responsible for the accuracy and localization of the platform’s content — the foundations that make the tools genuinely usable for inmates and their families.

He currently leads UX improvements and cross-device adaptation, ensuring the platform delivers a clear and reliable experience on both desktop and mobile — because for many users the phone is their only point of access to their rights.

He combines content integrity with fast, iterative delivery, convinced that access to rights begins with well-built, accessible digital tools.

The Movement they work for

We go inside the institutions, follow each case one by one, and build the tools that make the rights of those inside count.
