What it does
ZeroMail was born to break down digital barriers and bring technology to where progress has stopped, so that no one should ever feel "less alive" in the uncertainty of waiting for a reply.
How it works
The inmate writes the letter:
entrusts to paper their thoughts and the desire to stay connected with those outside
Daily collection:
The ZeroMail staff enters prison facilities every day to collect the letters, scan them securely and upload them to the protected platform
Families receive and reply by email:
the letter arrives immediately in digital format, they can reply with one click keeping communication alive
Immediate printing:
The platform quickly transforms the digital reply into a new paper letter, to be delivered to the inmate the same day

How to activate it
The inmate can activate the service by contacting the ZeroMail representatives in their facility. Once activated, registered family members will immediately start receiving letters by email.
