Davide Luigi Ferrari is a criminal defence lawyer at the Milan Bar with Libra Studio Legale and a member of the Italian Society of Criminology.

He wrote his thesis in “Forensic medicine and insurance”, was a subject expert and teaching assistant on the “Criminology” chair at the University of Milan from 2013 to 2018, and is a member of the Italian Society of Criminology.

In his professional practice he devotes considerable time to training in medical liability, organising and running courses and conferences on topics connected with the health professions, including inside public and private hospitals.

In the same field he co-authored two publications: the commentary on the Gelli-Bianco act “La nuova responsabilità professionale in Sanità”, Maggioli Editore, 2017, and the “Trattato operativo di responsabilità medica”, Maggioli Editore, 2018.
